Currency Policy: All transactions are completed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) ONLY.

Returns and Refunds
All refunds are subject to approval by management.
A full refund will be issued if we cannot supply the correct item, or suitable alternatives for application.

Change of Mind Purchases.
ECG TYRES refund policy for change of mind returns or incorrect items ordered is 20% less of sale price. Items must be in brand new condition, unused with no scratches or marks. You will also be liable for the costs involved with returning the goods.

Please note ：custom made products cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds will not be issued until the products have been returned and approved by our team.

All product returns after the 14-day period are approved at discretion of management.

Warranty: All our NEW tyres / wheels / parts come with FULL Manufacturer’s Warranty for your peace of mind. In case of quality problems, please contact us as soon as possible as continued use of the product may void the warranty or cause additional damage.

Custom made parts and products: Parts that are custom Made, custom modified, ordered in from overseas, and blank wheels that are drilled to order are non-returnable and therefore are non-refundable item/s. 

All refunds are at the discretion of management.

Emails and newsletters: ecgtyres.co.nz will send you emails relating to your Orders, transactions, and other activities on the Website, and for promoting and marketing other Ecgtyres.co.nz products, services, competitions, and specials to you. Ecgtyres.co.nz may also send regular electronic newsletters to members. Newsletters will contain clear and obvious instructions for how you can unsubscribe from the mailing list. Unsubscribe options are located at the bottom of each email. 

Shipping & Refunds：If for whatever reason that you decide to change your mind after goods has been shipped, any RETURN fee occur by the courier and return of the product will be deducted from your REFUND.

All products can be shipped by courier, except for tyres over 18" and truck tyres.

ECG TYRES is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in New Zealand.

Management retains the right to decide as necessary, case by case. But we will always endeavor to bring you the best service possible.
