• Debt Collection

If products are purchased via the ECG tyres website using a fraudulent credit card or any other means without the authority of the card holder ECG Tyres will be entitled to collect payment via a registered collection agency. All costs associated with this collection will be passed on to the user of the fraudulent card.

To ensure the highest level of security for all our customers, we may need to contact you to confirm your payment details before processing your order. We do this to help protect both our customers and ourselves from fraud. This occasional security measure may result in a slight delay to your delivery and you may be asked for additional information.

• Quotes

Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of the quotation and need to be confirmed in writing.
We work on a first come first served basis from confirmation and reserve the right to decline.
When a quote is limited to quantity on hand, product availability will be subject to prior sale.

• Deposit

For some products that need to be pre-ordered from other regions, we charge a 30% deposit.
If the product is lost or unavailable due to ECG, the deposit is refundable; however, if the return is due to force majeure or the customer's withdrawal, the deposit is non-refundable.
